You don’t expect to find Japanese-Mexican fusion off Hamilton Pool Road, but here we are - and somehow it makes perfect sense. Esuki Esquites takes the classic esquites bowl and flips it with rice or yakisoba noodles, proteins like pork belly or tofu al pastor (our favorite!), and toppings like Tajín, woodear mushrooms, and bonito flakes.

The menu is simple but flexible yet everything feels intentional. The miso mushroom quesadilla and pork belly bao are standouts, and the team behind the window couldn’t be friendlier (they even handed us a strawberries and cream dessert on the house).

Go hungry, go curious, and go follow them on social (snapshots above are from their IG). This isn’t a gimmick - it’s just really good food, served by people who clearly care. We’re just really glad that this kind of flavor exists out here.
